Covenant Place is a traditional Assisted Living Facility that has 50 apartments and Covenant Woods is a Specialty Care Assisted Living Facility that has 32 apartments and specializes in the care of those Residents with dementia. At both Covenant Place and Woods, our mission is to provide for our Residents while still allowing them to live with grace, comfort, security, dignity, and respect. To accomplish
this mission, we look to hire associates that thrive in a caring, compassionate and team work oriented environment.
We are currently looking for full time, part time, and PRN Personal Care Associates to assist our Resident’s with all ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and queuing. Additionally, our PCAs are encouraged to participate in our extensive activity program which can range from dances and musical theater to golf tournaments and casino night.
We do have employees on campus 365 days a year, 24 hours/ day. However, we split all holidays and we schedule on a template, that repeats every 2 weeks including every other weekend. Therefore, you never question what or when you work. If you do work any of the 6 major holidays (New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, or Christmas) we offer double pay regardless of your status.
NO CERTIFICATION, DIPLOMA, OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
Successful candidates will have a compassionate heart for what they do and a focus on helping senior adults.
We also currently have openings for full time, part time, and PRN LPNs on each shift to manage Resident medications, provide minor wound care and communicate with doctors and families. At times, LPNs also supervise direct care personnel to make sure that the care given meets the quality standards at Covenant. Additionally, we encourage all staff to participate in our extensive activity program which can range from dances and musical theater to golf tournaments and casino night.
Successful applicants are required to have a license in good standing with the Board of Nursing as well as basic CPR certification and interpersonal and communication skills.
